link below and you will be taken to a form to fill out all the criteria you
are looking for. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email with
all the properties that are currently available that meet your criteria.
After that, you will receive an email each time a new property meeting your
criteria becomes available. The great thing about this is that you will receive
the email immediately, which means you will find out about the property
before almost everyone including realtors, so you will have the best shot at getting
the best deals. It has worked extremely well for some of my clients
